Privacy Notice Regarding the Processing of Personal Data of Customers, Users, and Participants in Satisfaction Surveys (pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR)

The personal data provided through this questionnaire shall be processed by San Servolo S.r.l., acting as Data Controller, solely for the purposes of collecting opinions and improving the services offered. Such processing is based on the data subject’s consent and is entirely voluntary.
The personal data shall be retained for a period not exceeding 12/24 months from the date of collection, without prejudice to their possible further anonymization for statistical purposes.
Processing shall be carried out by electronic means, in compliance with the applicable data protection legislation. The personal data shall not be subject to disclosure.
The data subject shall have the right to exercise the rights set forth in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR at any time, by contacting the Data Controller (San Servolo Srl, Venezia, tel. 041.2765001) or the Data Protection Officer (Mr. Luigi Randazzo, lrandazzo@gierrelex.it).
