Lights, Stories and Winter Flavours along the Riviera del Brenta

This year too, Villa Widmann lights up with magic and invites visitors to experience the festive atmosphere in a setting rich in history and traditions.

From 1 December to 6 January, winter lights, sounds and scents animate the Venetian villa with shows, tours, tastings and moments of sharing dedicated to both adults and children.

1 December – 6 January
Villas in Light
Villa Widmann joins the evocative illuminated route promoted by the Municipality of Mira and the Pro Loco of Mira – Riviera del Brenta, which lights up several Venetian Villas along the Brenta with Christmas projections and atmospheres.

Saturday 6 December | 9:30 PM
Cabaret in the Villa: an evening of comedy and relaxation with Danilo Vizzini.

Sunday 7 December
Villa Widmann in Small Steps | 3:45 PM
A guided tour dedicated to young art explorers.
Admission with reservation €5.00 for adults, free for children under 12.

The Elf’s Tales | 4:30 PM
Animated reading with Marika Daniele: four entertaining picture books, a game to learn the reindeers’ names in English and a final group dance.
Free admission, reservation required.

Monday 8 December
Special Opening of the Villa | 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Full price €7.00 – reduced €6.00. No reservation required.

Milongalonga in the Villa | 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
A long afternoon of Argentine tango, open to residents, visitors and enthusiasts to dance, listen and share with the Ca’ Tango Association.

Sunday 14 December
From One Bank of the Brenta to the Other | 10:00 AM, 10:45 AM, 11:30 AM, 2:30 PM, 3:15 PM and 4:00 PM
Guided tours of Villa Valmarana and Villa Widmann with Veneto Segreto. The itinerary begins at Villa Valmarana.

Holiday Wines Between the Sacred and the Profane | 6:00 PM
A curious journey between history and legend, from the sparkling “devil’s wine,” feared for its mysterious bubbles, to sacramental wine, paired with a refined chocolate tasting.
Guided tasting of three wines, with stories and anecdotes by Davide Zilio, President of the Tasting Lover Association – La Cantina dei Racconti.

Sunday 21 December
Argentine Tango in the Villa | from 3:00 PM
A milonga open to everyone wishing to dance, meet and share the rhythm of Argentine tango during the Christmas season with the Ca’ Tango Association. Info and bookings: 393 2262695.

Guided Tour with Final Concert | 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM
A special opportunity to discover Villa Widmann enriched by live musical moments and a final harp concert.
